Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Returns are not allowed once an order has been shipped. 

In the event of change of mind, please contact me within 2 hours of placing your order as orders are processed within 2 hours of order confirmation.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, your new item will be shipped once the new item is received. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Limited Replacements: Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There is a 3 day replacement period on all GeeksStop products against manufacturer defect or breakage/product failure due to manufacturer defect during proper use. GeeksStop cases must be displayed in a safe environment. GeeksStop is not responsible for damage to cards or cases as a result of improper use.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you no longer have the card to pair with your case.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, I'll send the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
